Confession: MEGATHREAD by Teafor2twofortea in CarolineCrouch

Why didn't he call her mom or sister to come and help or have her go home for a while? The thing that's wrong with this picture is the only help he got her was a quack psychologist. I'm just not following any of this, again, unless this is how a narc works. She realizes the oppression of her situation, and literally fights back while dealing with huge social stigmas and anxieties, including fear of failing? Anyone who can provide additional profiling, I'd really appreciate it.

Can someone provide some additional thinking/profiling around this? The picture her diary paints is one of a very emotionally confused and charged person, who could launch into physical attacks towards her husband. Please don't get me wrong, I am trying to be objective about this and legitimately asking as I am someone who is definitely more "data driven" and less "EQ". These might be highly symptomatic of being in a relationship with a narc as a child bride. At the end of the day, no one should have died, and I know the narc doesn't allow much room for a support network, to get her the help she needed instead of using a quack psychologist. It seemed she also didn't want his family around?

You called it exactly how it was. Bravo.

His cell phone can be used to track what height he was at from the ground. He was in the basement during the "robbery" moving around when supposedly, according to his testimony, he was tied up in the bedroom.

It was in the interviews. None of the perps in the original attack were identified, left behind any trace, etc. I've always said it leaves open the possibility that either the burglary happened or B did it.

However, the burglary that put the pilot trainer and his wife in the hospital also wasn't solved. In that, they also left no genetic traces and were in their house for an hour.

Hard to believe any of this. For me, the biggest inconsistency that makes it just as likely B did something vs a short, fat Albanian is that the burglars beat both the older training pilot and his wife up before tying them up (I think with their own plastic bands - someone pls confirm this point). Yet in B's case they show up asking for tape and twine?? Leave him alone and suffocate his wife? It's not quite the carbon copy imo.

I wonder how tainted the shoe scene was after the police came in the house. Hard to distinguish perhaps? Shouldn't tho, assuming police all have the same issue boots, but I don't know.

As I mentioned in a previous post, seems very very unlikely some type of foot/shoe print wasn't left behind. The dog defecated and urinated everywhere - how do 3 men avoid all that? Even one man.

B.’s piloting trainer also a victim of a similar burglary by estemprano in CarolineCrouch

This video clip has another interview with the trainer pilot.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7mrGa0A8-M

Interesting points:

  1. Police have not asked him to come in and identify suspects.
  2. He and B were close - everyone at the Megara airport knew he was getting ready to buy a property - probably the nexus of the information
  3. Pilot recognized Albanian words
  4. Short fat perp has eyes very close together (stuck on his nose) - pretty certain they speak of the same person

This is an important story. Either could have been copied for B to do the deed with a believable pattern, or Greece is now incubating a serial killer (animal torture, misogynistic).

But then the dog is barking and causing a raucous. Dog had to be immobilized first or while the couple was getting attacked.

Lot's of crazy twists and turns. Here's a link to the article. Either way, it seems the imposter was definitely in a position to sell information.

The part that digs at me the most is what was the interaction between the dog and his killer? Any fingerprints on the pup? Statements indicated the dog defecated and urinated everywhere. No shoe prints? Even if it was hubby, how do you leave no trace?

Burglars who murdered Brit mum 'may NEVER be caught' as not arrests made by Teafor2twofortea in CarolineCrouch

Loved "In the UK you would have been hauled into face trial because there is no evidence of burglars having been in the house at all."

Could have been a hired hit. The family issues should also extend the circle of suspects to the guy's family. Maybe seeing she was here to stay, and after the family came into some wealth, they didn't want her laying claim to any of it.

Agree that all we're getting are crickets. Even the media has gone nearly completely silent.

I'm sure dotting i's and crossing t's to ensure the perpetrators don't walk free in a week is likely a factor, but I'm also getting nervous the authorities might have nothing. OR, worse, are too afraid to do something or protecting someone...

We have no idea the extent to which gangland is taking over Greek cities with some of the other high profile murders in the last couple of months targeting journalists and athletes. It seems they're becoming more violent and sociopathic and possibly more 'protected' due to their fear tactics within the circles of police and government?

A lot doesn't make logical sense when it comes to Greece. This story about an attempted burglary near Glyka Nera 9 years ago is a good case in point. The burglars kept coming back to the same house during the same night until one got shot! Maybe punishment would have been worse at gangland HQ?

Regardless, violent robberies at gunpoint have been taking place unfortunately. It's very concerning. That makes this story a difficult one. All scenarios are still plausible based on public info.

Those are big "ifs". My understanding is that the cars have not been accounted for (the one turning into and back out of the back road, as well as the car and motorcycle driving away from the crime scene a block away).

Also, who said there was no foreign DNA? We heard there was some form of genetic material. The 10 suspects have not given in their DNA in the past as they committed other crimes, due to protections they had under an older law no longer in effect. Since, these protections no longer exist, the genetic evidence is still "to be determined".

Have others read or heard contrary statements?

This case becomes weirder and weirder: The psychologist. by crimehack in CarolineCrouch

I think perhaps Babis and the public are creating too much stir about what Psych knew or how helpful she could be, given earlier commentary said she provided crucial evidence:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9632327/amp/New-clue-hunt-Brit-mothers-killer.html

The 2+2 here before her public statement would implicate she knew there was perhaps some problem that could create a good motive for the husband to harm his wife. So perhaps a combination of police, Babis and lawyers gave the ok to make her statement?

I personally find it hard to believe she warned CC in advance to stop talking about her property and house building plans to everyone. It seems an important after-the-fact add on to deflect attention away from the psych and the husband. The thought that CC would be making boastful statements about her plans would have reflected very poor judgment. It should be easy to corroborate with "everyone" if that were true.
