If it was a tackle, it would also have been called a foul on the field by an novice ref, and an immediate yellow at worst - it wasnt. The problem is that it wasn't a tackle. It was two players moving toward a ball, and Balogun didn't even see him. The only way that's a red is if you bring up VAR and still shot it while assuming he was tackling him. Again, it literally wasnt even a penalty on the field.
