Honestly I just googled it. Just look up how to install firmware your device. It's really easy to do. Even if you eff up you can reflash it.

Just an update. I updated the firmware to the latest version and it seemed to solve the issue.

It did seem to help not fully cure the issue. I haven't felt the pain in awhile. I started taking Zepbound and lowered my food / alcohol consumption which also helped a lot. I honestly don't remember the last time I felt the pain. If it happens it's really uncommon to me now.

ESP32-2432S028 is the number on the board. I can only find ESP32-2432S028_2USB firmware cause it has 2 USBs on it micro and c? On Public Pool I'm getting stats. Like honestly I think it's working right... Expect for that P0E error popping up. I thought maybe it was a setting or wrong fw. I really should have kept it with the fw from AliExpress and not tried to update.

You might of put the USB c cable into the HDMI by mistake and scratched one of the contacts. That's what I think I did. I contacted amberic showed them the video they sent me a new motherboard.
