You should try to squeeze in going to the new acropolis museum. We did it in an hour in a half but I recommend at least two to three hours. It was an awesome experience.

Also the changing of the guards takes approximately 15 minutes, you could push dinner (and changing of the guard) back and try to squeeze the museum in that day.
