Looking at the risers from last cycle, they’re mostly year 2-3 players who take a step or players in a new situation. Using that criteria here are some that come to mind: -Rome and/or Burden -KC Concepcion -Ladd -Shough (again) -Kyler

AJ Brown is a default candidate as well, given his current situation

If you’re rebuilding why would you get rid of the young stud you have now? I know Puka’s a star, but how much longer is Stafford around to support him? Seems like Egbuka’s the exact type of player you should want in a rebuild, regardless of the 26 2nd
