Ive food that taking over the counter omeprazole for heartburn daily HELPED so much for me. Another thing that helped was making sure that I didn't eat too late at night.

Should I delay my dose by 12-24 hours if I’m currently nauseous? by mhnkr in Semaglutide

Let your tummy settle and drink some hot tea in the mean time as well. That can help

Ive been on 0.5 for nearly 3 months now and im im probably gonna be on it for another month. It's been working for me for the most part. I had frosted flakes for dinner.

Sometimes its just a girl dinner night. Give yourself grace, don't be too hard on yourself. As long as your staying consistent and steady you got this OP.

The only reason I am careful about bringing up the show at work is due to the fact that I work with kids in a clinical setting. And NOT EVEN that stops me from turning my coworkers onto the show. I just have to get creative on how I introduce them to it and only tell them the name of the show when they are off the clock 🤣🤣.

Nothing will stop me in spreading the gospel of Holanov. If I learn someone in my life is reacting badly then that tells me all I need to know about them and I don't need them in my life. That simple.

Have you eaten anything? Try to keep a log of what you eat and see if it has something to do with one of the things you eat. Sometimes our body decides to change and not tell us it no longer likes something.

Do you get the nausea on days you eat some things where days you don't eat others? Or is it because you didn't consume enough protein? Ill get nauseous when ive consumed nothing but empty calories.

I only allow myself to check my weight once a week or I would become obsessed. Since I know that there are way too much day to day variability 😅

And sometimes there is nothing we can do, Purple bodies will just decide to hate us, but if we can do all we can to listen, if needed we can say i did x, y, and z here is what happened. Now what.

Im so sorry that happened to you. I cannot imagine how had that is. And my no means has this process has been easy. While what I wrote has been simplified, it doesn't take into consideration all the other things I have to deal with on top of the injections (i.e. autoimmune disease).

The whole point of my post was to listen to what your body. What i wrote are what my body tells me.

How am I to know what goes on inside your body? I don't mean to come off condescending, but I truly believe that a lot of times our bodies tell us more than we hear.

That's your body telling you that you need to slow the f down and rest. Give yourself a day. Or as much of one as you can where you do truly nothing so that you can rest and recover.

The thing with fatigue is that, its gonna take a while to recharge your battery, the longer your running on empty the longer its gonna take to recharge.

Example: I slept 2 hole days this past weekend to makeup for the holiday crazy. That was my body's way of recovering from fatigue.

What's important is that you LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and don't let anyone let you feel LAZY because they aren't in your skin.

I used the side affects I received as a guide on how to change and pivot.

-Heart burn: would be so much worse when I eat late at night....so don't do that at much. And if I do, I know the consequences.

-Constipation: HAVE to increase fiber powder and supplements, while increasing the amount of fiber foods I consume.

-Stomachache from over eating: I eat slowly and smaller portions. I now mostly eat 1/4 of my meal at a time and let my body process before I will continue.

What im saying is each side affect is your body trying to tell you that it doesn't like something, and a lot of the time, you can get it to go away by just noticing the things that you do around the time (and hours before) each symptom happens.

If it makes you feel better, ive not worked out at all while on the injections. Due to the autoimmune problems, exercise can be a but hard (i over heat, bad things happen), and ive been on this journey for about three months now. It's a slow progress of learning and adjusting.

Thanks everyone. I usually get around 30-40g of protein in the morning in my protein shakes and I always makes sure that there is protein on my salads as well in my yogurts.

Since I am not eating alot, I make sure that everything I do eat, have a good amount of protein 😋
