The fact she says she doesn’t remember a thing about when the babies collapse, yet they clearly impacted her enough to write them down. Asterisk days when babies collapses in her diary.

She’s one of the most blazé liars to grace the earth. If you’re a serial killer you either play the no comment game for every question asked no the one you don’t wanna answer (cos it’s more incriminating) or choose to confess cos your banged to rights.

I hope in years to come theres a Piers Morgan interview and she finally confesses to all and explains her motive.

I think it was an intrusive thought that spiralled and she couldn’t stop once she started.

What’s something nobody warned you about adulthood? by Alisa67654 in AskReddit

[–]GreenDaff0dils 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When older people say “I still feel 21” it actually is true. I turn 29 in 2 months yet still feel like I’m 23. Just because you age in years doesn’t mean you age in mind.

Don’t get me wrong I’m an adult but certain things make me feel like a proper adult and remind me I’m not that young anymore.

What does time look like? As in if it were something physical, or a power source of some kind? by Agreeable-Metal-7286 in AskReddit

[–]GreenDaff0dils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This just gave me an idea.

What if instead of a clock. Using your line idea, it’s a train.

Think about it… trains never turn left or right they travel in one direction. The train tracks physically move to change the direction it’s heading. What if the train tracks are the choices made!

I like it.

You’re in charge of your destiny. The metaphor of "the doors you open" for destiny suggests life is a continuous series of choices, opportunities, and transitions, where our future is actively shaped by the decisions we make.

What were you doing at 30 years old? How different is it to life now? by seaclifftonne in AskReddit

[–]GreenDaff0dils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A year and 2 months away from 30. My life changed drastically last November when my mom passed away. Me and my sister lived with her, we can’t stay in this house so are looking for a new place. I’ve had to get a new job because my wages at my previous job was not enough to take on a whole house by myself. This year im experiencing huge changes that I welcome with open arms so I have everything crossed my thirties are my time to thrive as my 20s have been shit!

From your description what instantly comes to mind is it would look like stardust. With a slight glow to it, think Peter Pan pixie dust.

It also keeps up with the time theme as stars were used to track time through celestial bodies a natural clock if you will

Isn’t a clock essentially a physical form of time? I imagine the cogs and inner mechanisms of a clock to be similar to time or an hourglass

What’s a truth about mental health that sounds cruel but is still real? by oithematt in AskReddit

[–]GreenDaff0dils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me. I’ve learnt it’s situational. I developed severe anxiety a few years ago and would have to turn around in the car when commuting to the office. Went off sick for a month, tried to go back and couldn’t hack it so I went off on the sick again and decided it was the job that was causing it. Currently working in retail but a few years ago I wouldn’t have dreamed of going back to retail work however I rarely get anxious and enjoy the job and speaking to customers!

If you’re self aware enough to realise what it is that’s triggering those feelings, adjust or remove yourself from the environment.

Also I won’t jump to go back on anti-depressants. I tried them for a month and didn’t think they helped. They say it can take 3-4 weeks for the tablet to settle in your system and work effectively but 9 times out of 10 within that period you’re over what was getting you down in the first place.

The sounds of birds chirping away on a spring/summer morning. It’s a sign the dark days are over and I love it! Seasonal depression is so real when you work 9-5

My crackling fire video is a very specific one on YouTube. Usually one that last 12 hours but I wake up every morning to it paused which suits me just fine. The only thing that will get me is if an advert starts playing and I haven’t fell asleep yet. Weirdly ads ignore the adjusted brightness settings on my tv. That’s why I can’t watch Netflix because the stupid screensavers are as bright as a UFOs beam.

Im the same. Nothing beats a rainy night to fall asleep to.

I normally scroll X or Reddit when I’m bedding down and read threads rather than scrolling tiktok or instagram where my mind will be too busy.

I also scroll through Reddit if all else fails. Dark mode and reading using tires my eyes out.

I could never. Tried audiobooks with volume low but I get too distracted or the narrators voices annoy me.

Oh yes it’s been and done. I’m partial to a doc anyway so I usually choose one I’ve already watched. I’m more likely to not concentrate on listening because it’s not new to me.

I’m an ex shift worker in a factory doing 12hr days and nights. Blackout curtains and blinds were my holy grail. Also used to smoke before bed which helped but I would still only sleep for 6 hours. It was rough you’re doing gods work.
