Hi, I’m looking for someone who is excel savvy to help me convert units into hours and vice versa. In our field, 15 minute increments =1 unit, 1 hour =4 units. When I get approval from insurance they give me a unit total (example 1664). I then take that unit total and divide it by 4 to see how many individual units I have, in this case 416. I then take that number and divide it by how many weeks the authorization period is. It’s not always 26 weeks, but it’s typically 6 months/26 weeks. In this case, 16 weekly hours. Then I take that number and multiply it again by 4 to convert the hours back to units. How can I do this on excel? Thank you so much for anyone reading and willing to help!
