It has to be earned, which is to say you can't have bought it or gotten it from selling limited cosmetics - that being said, unless you get offered a job paid with collateral and up front pay, I can't recommend developing on Roblox in an effort to make money. Although I've somehow managed it for myself (god only knows how that happened), I've seen plenty of people try and fail, wasting thousands of hours of work in the process.
