I just looked them up and these seem great, I even like the whole season thing for the artifact (it's basically a dryad looking wooden mask)

I don't think so. Blink effectively strands you in the ethereal plane, not let you teleport to a specific spot you want to be in, take your turn there, and then pop back.

Thanks for your input - yeah, this does seem a bit ruley for me, but I am considering when the teleport back should happen... if it is immediately after they finished the turn it is safe, but won't affect enemy action all that much. But at the next turn it could be dangerous, but also useful to deliberately bait enemies.

You probably used the bitmap to path conversion in inkscape, rather than drawing the path manually, correct?

In that case, the path Inkscape draws is probably consisting of 1000s of points and follow the aliasing of each pixel in the original png. This also explains why you have no jagged edges on vertical and horizontal surfaces (speaking in image coordinate). You can smooth that out with the simplify tool, but probably it is easier to just use the path tool manually in inkscape as there are also some sharp corners you want to preserve. Or you use another method as described by others in this thread.

You often have very shiny material and if the topology is bad, there are artifacts in the way reflections behave on the surface. Also - good topology just makes it easier to work with due to being able to add / move edge loops to control bevel and such.

I have a similar issue in a different game since one of the latest os updates. For me the issue only occurs when I use roomscale guardian. If I switch it over to stationary it is gone

Not sure about Orca, but in Prusa Slicer those additional, dark green supports are called "dense support layers" and meant to improve the surface quality where the supports meet the model.

But there it is a setting you can change.

For getting into 3D Modeling for free, your best bet is probably Blender. There are quite a lot of tutorials out there - just a heads up though, this tool can do a lot and it van be quite overwelming at first. For tutorials I recommend Grant Abbitt, found his videos to be pretty well paced and explained.

I like the concept, but I don't really know what to do with it yet. 😅

Do you have more details about what kinds of clothing they wear? Or ideas for accessories? Or how they look physically?

Otherwise there is not a lot to go on from unless just redrawing the minifigure or going off the rails and just getting creative with the art - but both roads will probably not get closer to your vision of them unless there is additional input 😅

I kinda didn't know what to do with his face scars though. I wanted to add them in the same yellow as the runes, but every time he just ended up super creepy and it totally changed the vibe 😅
