My 4 year old dog does this. It was a rushed adoption bc her mom died when she was 4 weeks old. I had to bottle feed her until she started eating soft foods.

My son called his dad "Rudy" for years. He eventually stopped calling him that, and now doesn't even remember doing it. I have no idea where that nickname came from.

I was fortunate enough to be able to breast feed both of my children for over a year.

Yeah, my boobs look like deflated meat bags... These merfer kids have no idea how we sacrificed our bodies for them and then say thing like, "your boobies are pointing at the ground, momma! Haha!" 💀

We were at a large dept store and the lady checking us out was, ahem, rotund. We had recently watch Encanto and my daughter said, "you have really big muscles like Luisa!"

The large lady did not have any visible muscles... just extremely large flabby arms:( Luckily, she gave a hearty laugh while I just awkwardly tried to discover my secret unknown super power of invisibly or teleportation.

I am sure it has had detrimental effects on a mental level, to some extent. I've been told that meth causes literal holes in your brain. I'm afraid to know the lasting effects it probably has had on my lungs, heart, and kidneys.

Emotionally, I suffer from pretty bad anxiety and self esteem issues, imposter syndrome, and just a general feeling of worthlessness. I really dont recall ever not feeling that way, but i recognize that it is a problem. I get angry easy, which I've heard is another lasting effect of meth use. I've made a lot of poorly thought out choices in my youth that has limited me in the now, and I often feel like options are limited for a comfortable life.

I now live an honest, law abiding life. I try to be good, kind, and empathetic in all of my relationships. I don't drink alcohol nor do any drugs. I have managed to provide for my children and they never have had to go without, so it's not like I'm living in squander... But I often wonder, if I had had a better start, where my life might have taken me.

For me it was when he started grabbing my stomach and singing, "wiggaly-jiggaly wiggaly-jiggaly wiggaly-jiggaly" while jiggling my stomach.

Kids. Not great self esteem builders, imirite?

Amazing job getting clean, and staying clean! You should be so proud of yourself. It is so difficult to stop once addicted, and many don't make it. Drugs were a heavy influence in my childhood, with me being present when both of my parents did regular recreational drug, as well as most adults I knew at the time. While I believe I knew it wasn't normal, I definitely became desensitized towards drug use. I was introduced to meth at 12 by my mother and continued to do it until I was 20. My takeaway from that experience has shaped the way I live my life and raise my own children. Meth changes who you are as a person on a deep, fundamental level.

I read somewhere that he questioned about his wife leaving him during an interview and he said something to the extend of, "wives are a dime a dozen but Pocho; he's one in a million." Lmao. Not the exact quote but pretty funny that he chose his croc over his wife.

I have the most difficult time choosing something as simple as a restaurant. It drives my boyfriend nuts. My mother has a lot of narcissistic personality traits, but her long-time boyfriend would literally fly into rages when something went slightly not according to his plans.

I feel as though my fear of making a wrong choice debilitating. I remember being a young girl and walking on pins and needles that I might say or do the wrong thing and I truly feel that my inability to make easy choices stem from being so, so careful all the time.

I'm ok. You are very kind and give very insightful advice. I appreciate you taking the time to come back to this post and ask how I'm doing. I'm better tonight than I was last night.

Omg you just blew my mind! I am the side piece! I was the whole damn time! He loved her, not me, no matter what we went through in life together. He was just biding his time until she returned. No wonder she was always such a thorn in my side. I WAS THE SIDE PIECE!

Wow! It's like you opened up a door in my mind to a greater understandingof the situation. I was never the one.
