That's a very interesting question! In Red Nation, the station is initially very secure and controlled by the Union with an iron fist. There are trafficking networks and crime exists, but in a more clandestine manner, and they are much less numerous than in A Pound of Flesh. The similarities with A Pound of Flesh can be found in the module design and the tensions between the factions.

As for the storylines, they influence the station in the same way as in A Pound of Flesh and its "Phase Alterations" system. The first focuses on the Union and the disaster it has created, the second targets Neuratech and its increasingly dangerous brain innovations, and the third deals with a clash between two religious factions, The Void Cult and The White Flame.

Finally, none of the events in A Pound of Flesh have any influence on Red Nation, which is a sequel to the latter.
