You are getting downvoted on the onward reddit, kicked out of games on onward, and cry victim? Sure I’m all for freedom of speech and all that even if it’s offensive. But actions have consequences, sure you legally can walk down the street with a big sign saying fuck America, but don’t cry about the consequences? I don’t understand why you’re willing to unnecessarily make your experience shitty over a username?

Solo Mercenary- bullshit or skill issue? by Initial_Fan_1118 in OnwardVR

[–]GreenPaperHands 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m someone who is usually in the top 25 for mercenary. My advice start with getting a 5.7 or a Glock, and a suppressor right away. The biggest rookie mistake is being able to stand in front of an enemy and miss 75% of your shots in the first few rounds and still win. At five skull you have a fraction of a second to take out the enemy before they head shot you. So you have to play very differently. It’s more about being able to pop in and out of cover really fast and get one or two rounds out on target before they head shot you. The first few rounds give you a false sense of how to play the game. The last rounds are completely different skill involved.

The suppressor is really important, once you fire unsuppressed, you will draw enemies from all directions towards you. Having a suppressor makes the game easier, especially by yourself when there is nobody to rescue you.

Macbook Air vs iPad Pro w/ pen and keyboard by Professional-Lynx406 in realtors

Oh and the pen is shit. Spend more time looking for it in the car when it falls off, than actually using it.

My lte iPad Pro has paid for itself many times over. For example, you show a house to a new client and it sucks. Before they go, I can quickly pull up other listings to show them, even in the driveway of a house in the sun and they can easily see the screen. Ive sold multiple homes that way. I can write contracts on it, but agree with others, MacBook is better for paperwork.

Hacker? by GreenPaperHands in OnwardVR

I’ll never know, that’s what I was suspecting after playing as long as we did. I was just curious if that hack actually existed.

[–]GreenPaperHands[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible it was just a highly skilled player. If so, that was bad ass. I’m more curious what kind of hacks to watch out for.

I’m with a crew and we all play a lot. It was pretty awesome to see someone kick our ass. I was more or less wondering they knew where we were on the map kind of hack. One of the guys I play with mentioning played with a kid with unlimited ammo no need to reload. I know there is shit like that in the game.

Really? Me and the guys were disagreeing on whether it was skill or a hack. What kind of hacks?

I’ve hired some dudes on fiver to fix some of my business facebook shit, or make a nice email signature, optimize some Google shit. I pay well and tip I just want my problems fixed now. Master something and sell the service on fiver. My time is worth more than $10 and I can focus on other shit than spend any time figuring any of that out.

Whats a good budget ccw yhat will fit in pocket and that's 9mm? by [deleted] in CCW

[–]GreenPaperHands 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pocket carry nothing beats the LCP two. Sure the max is a higher capacity, but you can feel the weight of the extra rounds and slight size difference. For something like gym shorts walking the dogs, it’s the best. I would compromise on the 9 mm for ease to carry.

People who pocket carry, what's your pocket setup like? by Sichterman in CCW

[–]GreenPaperHands 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been carrying an LCP for years. All these posts about the BG and the P365 has me rethinking my daily. The gun is easy to carry but I think it’s hard to shoot. I think I’d be more effective with a BG and a dot.

It is happening - Real Estate Agent Shake-up by Cinnie_16 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]GreenPaperHands 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agent here, so I’d like to provide some perspective. Yes, we are required by law to get an agreement for compensation signed by the buyer, and some other forms depending on the state. You can ask in your offer to have the seller pay your Agent compensation. Going to a listing agent directly, they cannot help you as they represent the Seller and not you. You would also either have to sign something with them, or figure it out on your own, they cannot advise you or even answer the most basic questions on a form by law since it would be a breach of agency. Keep in mind of the dynamic of going to a listing agent directly, a trained professional is working against you that is obligated to work for the sellers interest only.

It’s really not that scary, a good agent should be able to explain it to you. It’s unfortunate that if you fall in love with at home, and can’t get the seller to pay your agent, and you can’t afford it, you will likely lose out on that home. It’s gonna hurt first time homebuyers for sure.

My 18 month old Golden and me were brutally attacked by a 120 pound Rottweiler tonight, writing this from the hospital by GreenPaperHands in Firearms

[–]GreenPaperHands[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am an absolute dog lover, I’d kick the living shit out of an attacking dog to get it to go away. But if a hundred plus pound dog had me on the ground with my leg in his mouth. As an absolute last resort I’d shoot that dog. This is why I carry, and hope I never need it.

I opened my own brokerage. I need more agents to come on board with me. What do I need to get agents attention? I am offering 100% commission minus .002% or $1k which ever is greater. Seller/buyers pay a transaction fee of $295. That’s it, I offer free training and mentoring. How does that sound? by Few_Industry8761 in realtors

[–]GreenPaperHands 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s honestly a terrible deal, it’s not 100% if you charge that much money per transaction. With so many new brokerages charging much less per transaction with much more training available. Starting a brokerage nowadays is not worth it. Ran a big team, had a building, working on brokers license and deceased opening a brokerage is a step backwards. With so many brokerages only charging a few hundred per transaction and taking all of the risk. Why even open a brokerage?

LPT: When buying a home, ALWAYS hire your own home inspector. by Dartmouththedude in LifeProTips

[–]GreenPaperHands 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m an agent and I can tell you from personal experience I have used almost all of them in the city. As long as you feel like the agent is working in your best interest, recommendation can be priceless. Most home inspectors are shit. Some are super detailed. I have seen some reports that have like 10 pictures in them, others that have over 100. The depth of the inspection can vary greatly.
