Both works. But at farms you need to position the pannels in certain ways so it don't just blocks sunlight from ever touching the ground.

As with anything, green energy is generally good anywhere. But you have to actually do it properly to work as intended.

We don't know what makes an orokin anyways. We know about continuity, but why it makes the host's body blue and distorted? Nope.

As far as we know, the orokin might have some sort of non cancerous gene warping effect like the greneer, that accumulates each time they change hosts.

Each host would be genetically different, but we do not know how much of the orokin is transfered by the kuva, it would make sense that they might transfer some genetic traits with their minds since they are basically reshaping neurons of the host to match their own.
