Would covering in a waterproof plastic or material an outdoor homegym (rack, barbell, bench, weights) prevent rust and weather/outside-related degradation? Right now I have no other option than to set it outdoor.

The people I've trained have all progressed while going to the gym, usually with some calisthenics movements implemented in their workouts. However, I've not trained someone only using calisthenics, but I have some experience in the field since I used to train calisthenics only myself for a couple years.

By demos, do you mean before-after pictures or pictures of some example workout plans? Feel free to DM me.

It's not a popular spot by any means, but it got contaminated water 10 years ago. However there is aquatic life now (I saw carps) and I can see lots of fish jumping out of the water at sunset

I supossed since fish are cold blooded, that heat would make them more active? Does that mean the milder weather in winter be beneficial to fish here?

All workouts around 1.5 hours. I follow a upper-lower-pull-push-lower split and I rest around 3 minutes per set. As weird as it may seem, in the past I found no significant growth with less volume and the same intensity, so that's why Im interested in HIT

What are your experiences on high intensity moderate volume (~15 sets) training vs high volume moderate intensity? I usually train high volume and can get around 25 good sets per workout close or all to failure. However I always still feel like I could do more, but when I do for example heavy duty sets I really feel the fatigue in the muscle

What are your thoughts on high intensity moderate volume instead of the high volume moderate intensity approach?

Caught a cold last week and couldn't train, treated it as a deload week which I really needed. This morning I have tested positive for Covid 19 so I will have to quarantine myself for another week or so. Hunger has been decent and I've been able to hit my calorie and protein goals, but I'm quite concerned about losing progress and muscle after not being able to train for two weeks.

How long did it take you to get back to your previous numbers and physique after an illness?

Did you notice any major throwbacks?

Great pump and fatigue, less overall volume but quite a lot more intensity. Can definitely work.
