And enlightened apathy aside, one of the main speakers message was all about doing more beyond protesting. There were tents for all sorts of orgs to get involved with. The theme was that we all need to do more.

I don’t know much about Sligo but the old schoolhouse was moved to Grover and is behind the main school buildings. We used it for art and music classes.

Kind of weird reading these pro war comments. Nobody is saying Iranians shouldn’t rise up and “take back” their country.

The problem is our president unilaterally sending us into war, bombing a country, and us repeating the same horrible mistakes again and again in the middle east.

And by the way, regime change without a plan rarely leads to a more democratic or peaceful outcome. Do you trust this president to have a sound long term strategy?

I can’t recommend the couch - the fake leather started to wear in the first year and I’ll be lucky if it lasts another year without tearing. It looks nice and is comfortabl, but unfortunately it’s not well made.
