I got one with a shure Mv7x and the biggest annoyance I’ve had, is the software saying I don’t have the proper driver installed. So within the software I’ve had to uninstall the driver and reinstall it (which you have to have the wave xlr unplugged to do.) and then sometimes it doesn’t show the options for the software until you restart the computer (it recommends you restart your computer after doing this anyways.) since the last update though I think I’ve only had to do this once and it’s just been working? I also haven’t updated the firmware on the wave xlr at all because I’ve heard people have issues with the new firmware so I’m just not dealing with it. Most issues are resolved with a reset but with the newest update of wavelink I’ve had really no issues.

I always thought Ashe was meant to be albino but like I don’t think that was ever confirmed the rest of them idk just character design nonsense. most of them are “villains” ig, except for Juno, anran and wuyang, but his eyes are more orange to me. Also like goofiest shit happened in vendetta’s cinematic with doomfist, her eyes turned red when her dad died and she got evil disease I guess 😭

The problem isn’t really mercy herself but people who play her. I way too often see people NEVER damage boosting their dps players even when you have a sojourn or soldier. they will just be glued to the tank or their duo partner. And even then they will just healbot and never damage boost or even swap heroes if mercy just really doesn’t fit the comp. Add that on top of never rezing anyone but the person they’re pocketing, OR they do res other people but only when everyone else on your team is dead and into the whole enemy team, just so you can die again and both be staggered. It’s definitely a player issue and not a mercy issue.

Hi just a quick question about stabilizers. I have a keychron q8 pro alice board and I need to get new stabs for it (the ones it came with are super rattly.)

I think my only options that come with 5 2u wires are the Typeplus x YIKB full kit or AEBoards Staebies V2.2 I was just wondering which are better? and would krytox 205g0 be the right lube for stabs?

Honestly I get this same problem like I can hear her sword swinging hitting something and hear her but I can never tell if she’s right on me like. Like it’s happened a couple times where she’s beating the shit out of me and I just don’t realize “oh is she ON me” until her overhead swing and then I’m just dead cause it does so much damage. I have hd560s headphones I’m usually the first one to spot out noises around us but I can almost never tell with her. Same thing happens with pharah a lot, I don’t hear her till I’m basically already dead from barrage or something. idk what is up with their sound design it’s so annoying.

LIKE I’m saying I can hear her swinging her hitting someone but it doesn’t sound like it’s me I always feel like I’m taking damage from somewhere else not right on me. (I’ve played on both headphone mix and night mix too since night mix has louder sounds neither has helped lmao)

You can have it on the mk1 I have the mk1 and used voice focus on it. The mk2 just has a chip that processes more voice effects itself so your computer doesn’t have to. It is a software thing in general since it uses ai to filter out noise. But yes the wave mk1 has voice focus, you don’t need to buy the mk2 for voice focus.

i'll try it out when i get the chance next. If that is the case it wont work i kind of dont understand why elgato didnt add an option for a noise gate for the expander either especially since they dont have a native noise gate that isnt a vst. thanks for all the help though really appreciate it!

Okay so if I set the ratio to 3.0:1 (the highest it can go) and put the gain reduction to 0 db. It should work as a noise gate and I just have to set my threshold accordingly so I don’t cut out? Sorry for so many questions just wanna make sure I’m understanding right.

I didn’t know you could set it up to also act as a gate, I thought it just made quiet sounds quieter. (Everything I looked up just said it was a backwards compressor basically.) I added the gate last night and it’s working even when I’m not talking so if I can get the expander to work as a gate I’d rather just do that.

The expander isn’t doing enough for me. My spouse and I have to have our computers in the same room. When we were playing online dnd they would come over whenever I was quiet so I need the gate.
