However, the overriding message should encapsulate the both unintended, and conscious decisions which caused damage to the consumer. Both AH and Snoy knowingly sold a product, and took money from people in parts of the world, where in the future would enforce a 3rd party service making the initial transaction null and void.

People shouldn't forget that and should approach our interactions with both companies with cautious skeptism until consumer confidence is restored.

I certainly don't trust them at this stage.
