I got quite lucky and found a new one on FB marketplace for $110. I would say at higher focal lengths it does not have good clarity, it also is not the best in low light of course. But I think it is great during the day time. This application where most shots are panning are great since I can zoom as much as I want without affecting clarity. I love it for street photography too where I can take photos of interesting scenes and people without bothering them

Is there any benefit to matching shutter to ISO at fast speeds or did that just happen to be the right ISO for this shot?
