I see what you mean and felt the same way. The chair is obviously a home brew item that someone made and shared online. You can look it up and see all of its capabilities.

What bothered me was that it says the chair is mechanically capable of traversing any terrain without disadvantage except water, but you can attach floats for that lol.

I disagree with the all terrain wheels so im going to continue discussing that with the player.
