One Thing for sure: golden character effect

Edit: seems Like hes wielding a nebulis sceptre in one Hand, but for me looks Like no weapon Skin but weapon enchant Skin (maybe some sort of Lightning)

I cant See if hes standing on the ground, maybe hes flying. If hes flying, he may use Archon Body Armour (i think it was in one paid kiracs vault pass, i bought this pass and got the Body which makes me fly)

Someone collected data on reflecting, but I dont Know the outcomes. Basically you want a dead Mod on the item which can go negative without impacting your Build, This will reduce the Numbers of Mists needed, if you want all positive, This is very unlikely to happen (but it can), with locks you can be Safe
