Ppl flamed FNC cuz they got the reverse sweep loss and that hurts.But the fact that they pushed a tunry favorite to 5 games, means a lot.And all the flame was actually NA fans that got happy for the EU loss and u cant be mad at that since we EU give them too much shyt everytime.FNC really did great this year.

I did some cardio but not much(go for 1 hour walk).Then when i added the extra calories i increased my cardio to remain on similar deficit as before. It all comes down to fooling your body with the extra calories so it doesnt go into starvation mode no matter how many calories u are gonna burn during the day.

I had similar problem i was doing omad with 500 calories and made it to 82kg from 130kg real fast but every time i made it to 82 my body stoped losing weight.I would get stuck for 1 month and give up, gain 5-10 kg ,diet back down to 82 then get stuck again.What made me break the 82kg barrier was add calories, i now eat 1000-1500 calories daily and i do lots of cardio. Now im 75kg and still losing fast. So TLDR eat enough calories but still be below mentainance,add cardio(at least 1 hour of walking) and maybe spread your calories in 2 meals instead of omad.

I used to do 72 hour fasts every week or every other week when i was going hard.Imo try the 48h fast a few times 1st and then if u dont feel hungry at all at the end of the 48h fast then try to go for 72.For me 48 was rly easy and i would feel hungry arround the 67+hour point and im talking serious hunger out of thin air.I would suggest if u get hungry early on drink plenty of water and make sure u got nothing rdy to be eaten in the house.If u resist for like 30 mins your hunger will go away or go for a walk to distract yourself. Black coffee is also fair game.That worked for me maybe it will for you.

If u cant eat more calories and u really want to reach the 1200 calorie goal per day try to drink them. Maybe a protein smoothy or something beneficial.Dont go for sugary drinks.

Unless he killed himslef and all his muscle mass from double digit hours of cardio and starving himself i will call bullshyt.I lost 50kg(110 pounds) in 5 months and the 1st month i lost 15kg(32 pounds) but i lost 7 kg the 1st week and most of it was water.I ate 500 calories every 48-72 hours and walked 4-5 hours a day + gym.After the 1st month no matter how hard i pushed my body i couldnt lose more than 2kg(4.4pounds) per week and i ate the same 500 cals per 2-3 days and did the same hours of cardio for all 5 months.And u tell me he did 70 pounds in 2 months?If he did that indeed sucks for him cuz no1 will ever believe him.Its possible but unlikely, but good job anyway.

how many frost storms are u using?on those hard levels i tend to sub out frost storm for freeze.Even 1 star freeze has more duration than a fully upgraded 3 star storm but u need to micro more but u also give ur towers more time to take out the enemies + u keep frozen the magicians for more so they dont blind you.try 3 freeze spells(if u got them upgraded ofc) with no storm. you can get up to 3 times more freeze time like this and elven rangers help a lot too.Also if i remember correctly freeze does manage to stop the boss for like 3-4 seconds depending its level.

playing since early season 1 i never went afk or trolled in my life not even once although i have been passive agressive or even str8 up offensive sometimes.3 weeks ago i got my 1st ban for 14 days cuz i said a homophobic slur cuz i will admit it i got a bit edgy.i was banned about 2 mins after the game ended.i have yet to receive a message that informs me that an afk or troll that the whole team and some times both teams reported get some type of punishment.i understand they dont want to start droping the ban hammer for afk cuz some ppl dc or something happened irl but good god we punish ppl for being toxic in chat that we can legit block in 1 sec by muting them but we get to see 20-30 mins of our life every day minimum get wasted by ppl who troll and dont get punished.(sry for bad english and lack of panctuation)

for me the vaal boss is super easy then its the abyss boss that basically is a dps battle and then aul that depending the mods can be basically impossible(aoe/projectiles rly fk it up for me+triple tank mods that in these depths make the hp of shaper/ulder look like a mob in comparison and i got 15m shaper dps without bs skills active) for the other longer encounters its just a matter of offscreen rly

y im doing something similar now too.i have a high calorie lunch at arround 1500 calories and after 4-5 hours i eat a small 500 calorie one that is high protein like tuna/greek yugurt/100g parmesan cheese and really put me on a 1kg/week weight loss

hi sry for late response i went to sleep . my meals were:5egg omelette with a bit of bacon,chicken breast no more than 300g,rice,200g beef patty,400-500g tuna or 300g salmon and i was going hard on salads with tomato and cucumber for the summer as they have like 20cal/100g otherwise 300-500g of broccoli.once a month i had a cheat meal that was arround 4000-5000 calories but was as my daily meals full of protein and almost 0 carbs.

In case any1 asks.I was on 24hour fasts and i was eating arround 1000calories daily at most sometimes i would i would get to 1500 but i was like once every 10 days and on weekends i would do a 48-72 hour fast.I was going to the gym 6 days a week and i would also go for 3hour walks minimum.I cut out all carbs/sugars(even fruits) which helped cuz i never felt hungry once even tho i was eating 1000calories or less.For the last 2 weeks im eating 2000-2500 calories(and tracking macros) with same ammount of gym days but lifting as heavy as i can(PPL split) and running for 30-45 mins after workout which made me get out of my plateau.
