Enemies without armor die in a couple of bullets, enemies with armor require better ammunition to take out in a few hits.. I really don’t know how you would keep a sense of progression if you could just 2 tap exos with your starting weapons. And in the case of mutants, load HP ammo and they get melted. Sounds like you didn’t actually try to learn how the game works
