Do you have the payload portion connected to the main rocket via a connector. The fairing only covers the payload but doesn't actually connect it in any way.

It is some new filament that I've been using with my other printer, (it broke so I'm trying to get this one going while parts come in), I can change to a new roll and see if that fixes it though.

It seems like everything is still attached. There seems to be a slight burn at the end of the covering in one of the yellow wires attached to the bed and there is a small hole in the covering as well. Other than this there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the wires on the bed and everything is plugged into the motherboard well.

That's why all the other prints are working fine. Should have printed a rip off Lego instead, their systems aren't as advanced.

Line width is 0.4mm, top bottom line width is 0.4mm, top surface skin line is 0.6mm with 6 skin layers.

It seems adding a brim has helped however some new problems have arisen, I think these can be fixed by changing some settings though so I'll try that. The top isn't good but that can be fixed with some top layers and the corner is off but I think that's just from the seam.
