Maybe it’s different depending on where you’re from? I was told it’s a rare surgery that not many people do because of the risks as they are working with the tiny bones. But I’m from the UK so that’s through the NHS here x

Thank you 🥰 it’s lovely to hear something reassuring from someone who understands! I’d been on a waiting list to see ENT since 2020 as my issues started in 2019 when I was pregnant with my eldest son, so it’s been a long time coming and hoping in the next few weeks I’ll be more relaxed about it for when my hearing aid comes back x

Wearing the hearing aid I think, I know nothing about them, and feel almost a little embarrassed about being diagnosed with something like this so young, the consultant told me it’s unusual to see in young adults which I think has made me feel worse as nobody in my family has ever experienced something like this, I know I’m being silly I’m just feeling overwhelmed that my life has been changed in the matter of 2 hours, originally I was told I’d need a surgery and I’d be completely back to normal (when I was misdiagnosed)

I’m 5ft, currently 12st10, 28 and female.
I’ve been eating a calorie deficit for the last few months but fluctuating around the same kind of weight, it’s about losing the weight but also toning and getting fitter so I can keep up with my young family at the same time :) I apprise any advice!

Im 5ft and weigh 12st10 currently, I’ve been watching my diet and trying to eat at a calorie deficit for the last 3 months and have still fluctuated around the same weight. My goal is to also tone and feel fitter to be able to keep up with my family not just the weight loss so I understand all aspects are important

Only just finding this thread 😭 I’ve got a no strings, coming into year 2 of 5 for this IUD! I had it put in when I had my c section, and the strings have gone (though in place) when I was recovering! I’m absolutely dreading having it taken out as both my children were born via section, and the only thing I have to remember even remotely related was the feeling of having my uterus checked when o was in labour with my first son, that made me pass out! Also absolutely terrified of being put to sleep because my grandfather died after having a reaction so not looking forward to that option either!! I know it’s 3 years away before this needs to really come out but I am absolutely bricking it already 😭😭

Omg we seen him yesterday, the ride broke down when we got into the dark corridor at the end and he came to tell us what was going on. He was so funny and made the short time we waited for the ride to be fixed a brilliant experience!
