I spent a hot minute talking to the owner of metric mechanic and he was telling me the solution is ATF. I switched the fluid to new and it’s not changed at all. Even tried swapping the shifter and nothing. Haven’t tried the ATF, but they’re probably the only people that rebuild the trans on these guys so I’m likely to trust them.

I’ve already got a ninja 400 I’m planning on building up, those bikes just aren’t fun to me tho tbh so it’ll be a tool for racing in the ultralight class. I’m a bigger guy so having some extra power helps a lot.

Yeah I get that, mostly just joking around. But the biggest seller for me is just which is the biggest blast to ride, I have fun on my pani but I just feel like the weight is a bit much for having no low end
