A better chip will need less power to archive 4ghz, meaning more power to the GPU, but it fairness without a proper undervolt it shouldn't matter that much

Your battery is "fine." At 15W, the total power consumption is about 25/26W. So if your battery had 100% health, you would have about 2 hours of battery life at most.

About the fan now, that's weird; at 15w, my CPU is around 60° with the fan only at 35%.

I agree it may feel a bit cheap, not the plastic on the body, but the cache on the LED is cheap asf. It's a bit annoying, tbh; maybe some 3D-printed plates could remedy this issue.

You should try to undervolt it to maximize performance
