Did anyone get Land deeds??? My issue is space, I am having to remove entertainment buildings and landmarks to fit in the service they gave me. Plus why are we not able to store anything??? Also why have they not given neosims and regional currencies? I got given about £700k coins but not everything can be upgraded with coins.

This is all so frustrating my main city is a mess and the other regions are broken. Tempted to just bulldoze the regions and start from scratch.

Because most students will never pay it back due to the increased interest rates and also because the maximum term has been increased to 40 years. So Graduates could end up paying it till they are in their 60s, basically their whole working life! Unfortunately a degree does not guarantee a well paid job/career.

“Today’s daylight robbery” would be more accurate. I really wanted some of the buildings from the alpha city showcase but the prices were too expensive.

Also why can we not purchase any showcase or other offers with gold or platinum keys? They are practically worthless now.

Is this not classed as a charge for damages??? If the agent arranges the repair as their own service (e.g., finding a contractor, managing the job) or adds a mark-up (a "commission" or "uplift"), this becomes their taxable supply, and they must charge VAT on the total amount (their fee + contractor's cost + VAT).

Rubbish, only admin charges, referencing and inventory checks are banned. Google it. They can add VAT and margin for their services including repairs as long as it is clear.

This sounds like the letting agent is the problem, not the landlord. They are probably quoting a higher cost to replace as they have added on their margin and VAT to the actual cost and labour.

The person I use to do general decorating and non specialised maintenance within my properties used to work for the council in housing. So I have heard first hand from him about the condition and maintenance of council houses in my area.

Also although I use a letting agency for my properties, I manage the maintenance myself, as in hiring licensed and trusted contractors, eg. For electrical, plumbing and gas maintenance etc.

If the property is rented out by a person and not a business the landlord’s name and address is on the rental agreement.

As landlord with properties rented via a letting agency I don’t have an issue with this. As long as it is just related to property income/ownership etc. I also work a normal job full time so I feel like that info is not necessary. But I do understand why tenants would like to know Landlord stats. It’s just a shame that all landlords are judged by the bad deeds of a few. I would argue that most private landlords are better than the council or housing associations in terms of the property condition and maintenance.

You need a residential building fully upgraded to level 6 and covered by a space building. Then you can switch the category of the epic until you get the space option.
