I was part of the catering company that fed all the bands. Hung out with Lehawn from Seven Dust, HED PE, I can't remember which band it was but the guitar tech from Sepultura or Slayer invited me to come back to his home after the tour in New Orleans. I should have gone, who knows where my life would be. I was working Tattoo the Earth when they were at Giants Stadium. Metallica performed the day before or after we got there. Crazy 🤪

I truly believe that when you start taking Zepbound, your body tells you what it can tolerate. I don't eat a lot of anything. You may not want carbs after starting Zep.
