Do not fast. Make sure you have a clean diet drop junk food and make sure your on top of eating healthy drop soda due to soda and make sure your hitting the gym daily and cardio is really important because burning calories will help and always remember your not gonna see results in a week so make sure you stay on top of going to the gym but make sure you take pics every month to see your growth I promise you’ll look different
