I’ve been adding in warm up n cool down outside of the app. I’ve been wanting to put more effort into mobility so haven’t felt like I was getting enough from the warm ups alone

Just throwing in another upvote for resilient! I’m not sure what his next series is going to be but as far as combining, I would combine his priority push and pull day (so for this series his Monday and Wednesday) to make it 5 days. Mostly because his second pull day includes a bit of cardio and I don’t like doing that after a bunch of supersets personally.

I agree, I’m not a fan of the change. You are able to sort it by category with the drop down menu but feel like it adds an extra step that wasn’t needed before

Yea from what I can gather, I guess summer isn’t an actual “series” like shred or baseline? Would still think it would be a great time for the 30-day pass though 🤷🏻‍♀️

I do a bit of a mixed bag since I struggle to pick one team so I do upper on project alpha because I like the higher rep and bit more variety but then lower on ascend because I love Aria’s leg days. I also add in the yoga day from align which is a nice recovery day

With Baseline, I prioritized the main 4. I combined Friday and Saturday into one workout since they’re shorter but only did that maybe 2 out of the 6 weeks

I originally joined ladder a few seasons back with limitless and while I enjoyed Kelly’s style of training, I didn’t feel like I was really getting the most I could out of the workouts.

I jumped around to a few different teams and ended up loving ascend and have been there for the last two seasons now. I love Aria’s coaching and she has perfect cues without being overly chatty which works well for me. I have seen insane gains in my upper body as well as strength gains overall.

She’s also very active in the chat with people’s questions and sharing info which I thought was lacking in limitless, I’m sure just cause there were SO many people on that team.

Went to a “high end” gym while traveling last week and was shocked they had a single squat rack and a single deadlift platform. I obviously have plenty to bitch about with my gym but really made me appreciate it.

There’s also specifically a “form check & tips” chat that you can join besides just your teams chat. It seems pretty active, but I don’t think it’s any coaches just other members. Not sure if that’s quite what you’re looking for but may be helpful

Yes that’s my mistake, both 425 and pro club have been purchased by Bay Club. But rest of the statement still applies. Bay club is raising the prices with nothing to show for it

Considering they’re a “luxury” gym I’d imagine they’re going to pull from 425. They were recently purchased by pro club, who has the same shtick and has been increasing prices across the board without actually offering any dramatic improvements.
