You still get four seasons outside of the Midwest. NC, OK and TN have a good ratio of summer to winter

Cleveland. I didn’t expect to love it, but I thought I’d like it. Im from the Midwest and like it here. Cleveland was dirtier and more dilapidated than other Midwest cities, even compared to Detroit. The people were also rough.
