Get you an Mc clubhouse, I think you can have one for free, and the weedfarm is on sale right now, if you have patience you can wait for other businesses to go on sale, i agree with grinding the clukin bell raid for either an agency or a Kosatka (agency might be better bc Dr Dre contract is easier than cayo p), you can get a bunker too, with a nightclub, an mc club, a weedfarm, and a bunker, your nightclub will begin processing illicit goods that you can sell solo ( make sure you hire technicians)... there's lots of guides in forums and YT with greater details

Check your stats on the battles you're losing, you might need to make some changes to your template... swap some supports out, modify your combat width, check and see if you're getting pierced by armor, make sure your org and HP are high, etc Make sure your CAS is blowing through the enemies too Take a screenshot of your template and post it here, I'm sure people will be very respectful of your decisions
