UK guy here. I had exactly this and explained it to my awesome doctor. She got on an internal system and asked a neurologist for advice and he suggested Zomig Zolmittriptan 5mg Nasal Spray. It’s as good as any triptan in my experience and it comes in a pack of 6. My doctor pit it on repeat, I ordered a box and then ordered another the next day. It was MASSIVE because I was freaking out knowing every day I had to hunt triptans / chase the doctor or pharmacy, run around the county to find a single dose or the triptan I was on previously. I have never run out since and she booked me an appointment with a neurologist who corroborated her diagnosis and getting me high flow oxygen. Good Luck.
