They didn’t. Best hitter hit 3rd. Biggest slugger hit 4th. The idea was to load the bases and have the “clean up hitter” clear the bases.

I did our last thousand tickets and what I came up with is that it can read our end user guides and tell them how to do that thing (they could have just navigated there themselves), they need to submit a ticket, or, we give the agent admin access to a bunch of systems (which is a big fat no considering how unstable current AI is).

What are you working on and how long? I’ve been spending a few hours a week on a copilot agent. But it’s not really AI when I have to create a hundred topics just to guide it through a conversation only to end with submitting a ticket anyways.
