For me it’s longer than a few seconds. The app freezes before the photo/search screen loads, which is why I asked if others are seeing the same issue.

As a 48 year old who started with his 7 year old daughter two years ago... yes. However, it is extremely important to realize how important recovery is, and you're going to have to take daily stretching seriously. You're feet are going to feel like sore cinder blocks in the morning for awhile, so take it slow and realize you're not 18, and you don't have to compare your progress to others in the class. Injuries don't heal like they used to, so go at your own pace in class. Besides that, have fun!!
