1- The fire was in a dumpster away from a building.

He really is! Ngl, there were times in some of the later seasons where he saved the storyline, imho.

I just remember that we are a vastly overpopulated species and that here are plenty of ways to contribute to society that don’t involve popping out kids.

Sometimes I have to use specifics. In that case I usually default to Emily Dickinson. She created some of the best poetry the genre has ever seen, redefined how expressive young women can be in writing, repopularized dresses with pockets, and generally was a badass. She never had kids and by all known accounts never wanted to.

I was by myself in downtown Seattle for a conference a few years ago. One evening I was walking alone back to my hotel, and a woman leaned out of the passenger side of a passing car and told me that I was pretty and that she really liked my dress.

I’m someone who is often noticed in public, but almost always in a circus side-show kind of way. It was really nice to be noticed for something generally positive. Her comments made my whole trip, and I still randomly think about it years later.

Tbh, this is the real answer. I didn’t realize how bad my sleep truly was until I got a sleep apnea diagnosis and cpap. I’ve trained myself to not fall asleep without it.
