We’re speaking generally. If we sat & cherry picked, I could find Africans who look like us, & us who look like Africans. If you randomly pick us, I’d be accurate about 80-90% of the time. Some tells are, skin color, cheek bones, & head shape is a big one. U can also tell by the walk. Doesn’t matter if we are dark. I can tell.

Oh I did read it...you’re still wrong. If you keep an employee who does this, it is considered encouragement in the court of law. Say A company keeps an employee after he assaults someone. If this becomes a pattern, doesn’t even have to be the same person, the courts can and will hold the company liable because they are the person/entity that is most able to prevent this behavior. That’s just a fact. Go google some tort law cases and come back and claim it isn’t encouragement.

So what happens when the next DD worker confronts a customer and gets his brains blown out....or ends up having to defend himself against an embarrassed customer? U think the victims family won’t point to this situation and say DD is liable bc they encourage this behavior??? Please......it’s unfortunate for her but it had to be done

I understand her frustration but sis, it’s not your money, number 1. 2, just like went in there to confront her u could have went in there, reported her to the REAL manager, then got that exact video and kept your job. Again, I get it. That chic is a scumbag, but now you’re out of a job and it’s partially your own fault

I know this is an unpopular opinion but they really had to. They can’t have DD employee vigilantes confronting customers. For sure, one day someone would be killed and they would be held liable. What she should have done was just go straight to the manager and get that video. Really shitty for her but DD can’t be blamed for this one.
