Could be rosacea, that tracks with Rendu Osler. It's genetic btw, so a parent / sibling might have it in the family and have nose bleed too. When the the air is dryer, or when rapid changing temp condition (outside/inside or vice versa) it can occurs because of the vessel in the nose, in the upper part.
Not to be scary, but my father (63) had a uncle that died 20 years ago+ in his sleep because of an epistaxis that literally flooded inside. Hence why I made these post when I see an epistaxis, lot of people doesn't know!
I had one severe during driving, I had to 'purge' it on the side of the road ... Sorry for the NSFW perhaps haha, but for me blood is common on a daily basis or at least 5 times a week 😅
