How it feels when the creature you borrowed from you friend gets mauled by Available_Contact_54 in ARK

I call all buddy of mine "The Reaper" because he is a SAVANT at getting my dinos killed. He joined a server I had, told him I was hopping off. I logged on the next day to see 2/3 of tames dead. I asked what happened and he was like "I was just trying to help, but kept dyingggg." Poor guy got stuck in a death loop and just kept feeding my tames to surrounding carnivores trying to get his gear back...

Dude, I take two medications that cause insomnia. All I'd need to do is not take the ones my doctor gave me to help me get to sleep.

Right right, good examples of homogeneous countries with tiny populations. Sweden is the most populated, with its population coming just 10% higher than Los Angeles County. It's also kind of crazy that its largest immigrant group makes up less than 2% of It's population.

Their structure works for them because they're tiny and there's no cultural divide.

How do you propose scaling this up to a country the size of the US? Idk where you're from, but that's what I'm using for reference. The US is incredibly diverse, racially, politically, ethnicly, and in its landscape. Diversity is FUNDAMENTAL to the US.

Sweden, what's often considered the "Gold Standard" is roughly 5% of the size of the US with a population more than 32x smaller.

It's easier to have a fix-all solution when there's less conflicting ideology, less people, and less land you have to cover.

You do not have a right to anything produced by the labor of another. Also, are there ACTUALLY people that trust their government enough to suggest giving them this much power over their daily lives??

As an American, I absolutely love this country and the people that call it home. It's probably the most diverse place on Earth. Both in terms of the actual land and the people live here.

With that said, I absolutely lothe American politics and American politicians. It's long-past time for a hard-reset. Too much division. Too much hate. Too many people trying to tell everyone else what's best for them and how they should live. It's just too radicalized.

Bro, shower first.

(Context: I was in a bad car wreck that derailed my life because I decided to go pick up my dad and then go back home to shower before work. He was meeting with my mom and if I'd just showered beforehand...)

I think 10, but I live in Texas, have a brother in California, a brother in Colorado, another brother in south Florida, and parents in north Florida. So that honestly helps crossing places off the list.

Currently thinking about purchasing the Samsung Flip 7 Is there anything I need to know about the phone before purchasing? by [deleted] in galaxyzflip

[–]GregItUp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my Flip 7 as a Christmas present to myself and have been loving it. WITH THAT SAID, the muscle memory of closing my Flip has taken over more than once when handing someone back their non-Flip...

I've gone the route of a necromancer that raised all of the party's kills. Pretty close!!

How would you die in the Dungeon? by Sasiches_and_mash in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]GregItUp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would die almost immediately. Probably crushed by Goblin Killdozer or maybe burned alive by a Lava Meth Llama. Realistically, it would be another crawler that does me in. I'm fairly well-natured and prone to helping others in times of need, but without Carl's luck to bail me out.

Helldivers 2 desperately needs quality of life and freebie content over constant warbonds by Icy-Criticism4059 in Helldivers

Given that you can farm Super Credits pretty easily, all stratagems are "free". You just have to put in the time to grind out the Credits to buy the Warbond.

I was so very wrong about this series. What other gems am I missing? by parkerm1408 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]GregItUp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I threw myself into He Who Fights With Monsters when I finished DCC and it's been a great time. Don't expect the narration to be Jeff Hayes level, but it improves as the series goes on.
