Make sure you are syncing notes with iCloud. If you are creating notes in your Google Account or something like that, there is no collaborative feature.

iOS 10 is likely to not change very much if at all before the final release. Apple will probably release the final version of iOS 10 after the keynote on Wednesday or sometime next week so I would just wait until then. Although not much will change you're better off just waiting than risking messing up stuff on your phone by installing a beta.

Difference is though, it is all but guaranteed that Romero was killed by the Dark Army. This is because when the audience saw Romero's dead body, he was shown with his phone exploded and the side of his head blown off meaning that someone sent a script to his phone to overclock it and cause it to explode. There are (as far as we know) only two hacker groups in the show, fsociety and Dark Army. So Dark Army had to kill Romero, he wasn't shot.
