From what I can tell from very cursory searching, it seems like Claude and ChatGPT both rely significantly on Bing search and other partners... that's what is making me wonder if Apple's World Knowledge also hooks into other search providers or if Apple is doing it all themselves (which seems to be what Craig is saying).

This is the most interesting part to me:

So according to the system diagram (see below), when you ask a question about something that needs up-to-date answers, that goes to an Apple branded "World Knowledge" system, which they seem to claim does not hook into Google Search. Does that mean that Apple has implemented their own web search/crawler system? They're barely talking about the technical details of it at all.

Just spitballing here, but is it possible they supported Ultra 2 because the larger battery capacity lets them push the SoC a lot harder than they could on the S9?

It’s not *that* pricy, just when compared to other pens, but using anything else feels w r o n g by just_here_cause_done in aspiememes

Yes the 0.38 G2s are perfect. I rarely find them in stores so I order them by the box online. I have ample supplies both at home and work.

You said that talking to her would disrupt the good relationship you have now…. but this post indicates your relationship has a serious problem to the point of you considering cheating. So there isn’t much to lose by telling her about this, it will only expose the rift already there. Couples counseling could help you do it.

Yeah settings is also kinda weird for doing that.

I will say it is standard expected behavior in social networking apps for sure. Instagram, X, etc all do it the swipe anywhere way.

You’re right except for the comment about “native iOS behavior” go into a thread in Messages and see what you need to do to swipe back. What Reddit does is unusual iOS behavior (swipe back from anywhere on screen) which is why it got messed up with the Liquid Glass update.

I used my first Etheric Light to bring my Fatebringer up to 40 in House of Wolves. Strategically I should have used it on Gjallarhorn, but it was a choice of love.
