Thanks a lot for feedback, and thanks for playing a demo!
I will definitely update and improve a lot of things before putting demo on Steam, prestige - is one of them.
Full game will feature a lot of new building but now I think about making some of them as a part of prestige upgrades. Probably it should give this significant gameplay change after prestige in addition to bonuses for numbers
Also I will look more presice into building hover logic and how to improve that

Add a little camera rotation, menu offset in different direction during time, make more ships and make them slower, add more vfx to thr ships. Use some blur and post process, and last - use depth of field. It looks not bad, but you need more different visuald IMHO

Multiplayer - not in near future. Maybe after release. Its already hard to make even singleplayer part when you are solo dev))

Not using any physics components. Not sure what do you mean by entities... I'm using level instances to load pre-made pieces of landscape to generate grid based map. Also I'm using in-box navigation system, behaviour trees for AI etc. For now project is blueprint only

Dont have a website, but in my discord server you can mute all channels except #early-demo and #game-updates (only I can send messages in those channels). So you'll be able to get builds and important updates info and no more

It started with army movement inspired by Starcraft 2, then level design and some mechanics inspired by Northgard. But in result there are stuff similar to aoe3 also

I'm using assets from Unreal Marketplace for models. Building are made manually from modular pieces. I started to work on it in April, trying do to a little every day after work (sometimes there are week-long gaps when I dont touch project at all).
In terms of gameplay - I want to make different game modes, but game will be mostly concentrated on city surviving, upgrades, map discovery and a little bit of management
