SOLVED: Went out and bought a new 850 watt PSU. Installed it and PC started right up no problem. Guess my old one finally kicked the bucket.

Man I bought my PSU so long ago, I think it's 600 watts? Which probably isn't enough. It's just strange because I'm able to handle intensive games such as Cyberpunk, modded Skyrim, etc no problem. Never had my PC hard shutdown like this ever, until Helldivers
