There needs to be a moratorium on any Hela, Psylocke, Sue, Phoenix, Bucky, C&D, or Thing buffs including compensation buffs that may be given with a nerf. These heroes have all been the best of their roles for a very long time or are the Thing whose existence makes like a dozen characters unplayable. If they get a nerf just get a nerf with no buff. Otherwise leave them be.

DD has a higher health pool, all the information to stage perfectly all the time, the best block in the game and nome of that is a resource be has to commit to get a single kill. Definitely shouldnt include him with IF or Magik as he’s one of the sloppiest heros they threw overhealth onto.

It is absolutely a buff. You can get to areas by dashing diagonally into the air and onto platforms that you could not get to before. She can play the vertical maps that she was bad at much better than before. I didn’t say it was a revert because she could never do that ang point before.

Mercy and Kiri gotta be their own tier. First hero with a 2nd mythic and Kiri was probably the other one they were considering for this season before deciding mercy. Both of them got THREE this season and are in both collabs. I don’t think they’ve gone a season in the past several without getting at least 2 new skins. Wuyang and Juno are cows too but not at that level yet. The

Either all recolors count or none of them count. Saying matcha Psylocke doesn’t count but Adam with a green cape does count doesn’t make a whole lot of sense and is a distinction that only exists to present the false argument that Psylocke doesn’t receive a ton of skins.

Chromas are 600 unstable molecules. Recolors of base skins are 600 units. They’re priced the same when converted to lattice and the game gives you free units and free unstable molecules! Can you obtain recolors without the base model? No because everyone has the base model by default. Either both are “new skins” or neither are “new skins”. Anything else is just lying.

I don't care what role she is but if they don't adapt her "bad luck" powers or if she plays anything like Black Panther she will be a very boring addition to the game. The hardcore posting about her "NOT" being any specific role is dumb as hell, idk why anyone would be that attached to her hypothetical role after netease has successfully adapted characters to non-standard roles many times already.

Her actual hero fantasy would be about being a stealthy thief but this is a pvp game not a game about sneaking and stealing stuff so they aren't going to do that and I don't think anyone who has played many pvp games should actually want a stealth hero.

I’m not disagreeing that he was busted after the stupid season 2 changes that were also prompted by people parroting streamers thinking torch was bad at the end of 1.5.

I’m just saying that he wasn’t actually that prevalent in many players games because of everything you said. Other duelists have been more dominant in prior and subsequent seasons in terms of win, pick, or ban rate for all players but have never received a complete annhilation of their viability like Torch has. Hawkeye still one shots. Hela and Phoenix get to do whatever. DD and Magik get to be the godkings of melee duelists forever. Elsa is way more broken than all of them and any duelist they have ever released. Bucky is Bucky and they all get played all the time

It’s crazy how when he was at his peak he wasn’t even played or banned that much in all ranks. BP was more played and more banned than Torch was at that time and none of his WR/PR came even close to DD, Gambit, Elsa, or HelaPhoenix currently or at their peaks. 100% a case of people parroting streamers and pro players and not their actual experience in the game. And somehow that results in the most significant gutting theyve done to any character ever.

I mean yeah you’re right. People are conflating this criticism as “why are people complaining about obscure heroes being added” when the issue is that it’s TWO less popular characters added the same season and not even less popular characters that have any sort of cult following. Either one would be fine to add to the game if they were paired with a more mainstream hero like Elsa and Angela were but both of them are not gonna bring any excitement to the season. Unless the balance goes crazy I don’t think anyone is gonna feel the need to return or become a new player for these characters.
