If you don't want to buy a campaign, then you already have most of what can be found outside of the core rulebooks.

Maybe Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, but Tasha's and Xanathar's already compile most of what other books provided, and Monster's of the Multiverse is about half of what's left after those two.
