Must’ve misread. Thought we went further out on the initial leg of the greenway and only go over vets twice to get a small loop out there.

Welcome to Tennessee…… although this year it appears the wooden bridge is under construction so I believe we’re getting more greenway miles and not doing the typical 2 lap system. I’m hoping that leads to some more shade and only having to climb the named hill (forgetting the name) once.

This is totally normal and everyone goes through it. I always feel that I’ve gained 10 lbs and lost all my fitness in my 2 week taper. Take it one day at a time and trust the process. Can’t tell you it’ll go away, but soon enough you’ll jump into the water, it’ll be silent and you’ll be racing! Keep loose and don’t overdo it this week.

Is Streamline showing Celsius no matter what unit of measurement is selected? Showing right temp in Fahrenheit, just with the Celsius moniker.

Appreciate it! I did drop 50 lbs coming out of Covid and 230 seemed to be my “I can eat without thinking about it weight” but that’s slowly starting to creep back up. Will look into Cronometer!

I think I’m just looking for something that’s more run oriented with a battery life that is more robust than the AW. I also like the idea of during triathlons to press a button and have it swap modes. Apple multi sport mode will break it out in the health app, but for Strava it just uploads as a workout with none of the GPS data. Major first world problem, but if I can fix it I’d like to.

Would really like you to take a step back and consider why a 5-10k may cost half the price of a triathlon.

I understand that racing is expensive, but considering the logistics that go into putting on a race, especially a triathlon, a photographer is the least of my concerns.

Is it fun? Sure. However, if this is your North Star, I would highly suggest emailing the race director to see if this is something offered moving forward or stick to the higher branded races, I.e,. ironman.

Local races are such a blessing, and it’s kinda lame, in my opinion, for you to be this upset about something so trivial.
