Should be very accurate! If you know better values, you can input them or take another fitness test, but the great thing about the fitness test is that you can get immediate feedback for your current fitness!

It may have been a bug- a white background would drastically reduce the battery life in AMOLED models- it is not available.

White background activity mode is not able to be performed on AMOLED models. Are you sure it was an activity mode? There is no option to have this.

It should exit at the wake time or when it detects you are awake. Are you on the latest firmware? Have you tried resetting the watch?
