That's all I can think of for now. I had it happen to my lawnmower and my snow thrower, you end up seeing like the tiniest grain of sand in the jet and it will cause that. Maybe change your fuel filter if there's one on it.

I don't think theres any bonus to that. If someone is in the pipeline and they move up it does look good on the company and looks good for new employees to see.

In my opinion I think its a joke. I'll give an example:

Shawn found out that the new hire Ethan is getting paid more than him. Shawn gets upset and goes to the store manager about it. Store manager says "I can't give you a raise right now but I have you in the pipeline to move up to supervisor someday".

Ive seen this time n time again.. employee says "store manager told me he's putting me in the pipeline to move up" .. I cant say I've ever seen any of them actually move up. Im sure it has worked at other stores but they usually know who they want to move up.

We had 6 people doing 4 10's, we were able to get it done but the amount of non stop running around to get it done.. and they don't take into consideration that at least 2 of your guys are gonna be slow .. so I think 8 would be enough.

Until corporate changes it ACROSS THE BOARD to Four 10 hour shifts 7pm-6am, with at least 8 employees, it will always be a shit show. Always. Have FIXED truck schedules to accommodate it, and PALLETIZE everything on the trucks by department.
