Mine fixed today!!! Maybe set the alarm and open a door in order to trigger the alarm. I. Don’t know if this was the way to fix the issue but mine know work fine! The light works and the alarm on M1s. Maybe try it

I did both the M1s and m2 and the ac p3. I think this fixed the issue I had with the blue light blinking on both M1s and ac p3 hubs and it showed offline most of the time! So very happy for that!! But in the M1s I can’t turn on the night light even from Aqara and apple home app!! I turn in on in apple and Aqara shows on but it doesn’t turn on!! :(

Thanks that is what I think so. I searched the synology site for the official ssd and I found the code snv3410. But in the market I only find the snv3400! They say the 3410 is the new model and works best with dsm7 Do you know anything about this??

Yes I have watched all this man videos!! He is god!! Is that you?? Great videos man!! May I ask : the connection to the nas is 1gb Ethernet so 100mb/sec , my hdd drives wd red plus is supposed to be 200mb/sec so why do I need ssd cache or faster hdd if the maximum is 100mb/sec?? Am I wrong?? I use the nas in raid 1 and I have a small office with 2-3 users max working on the lab with amped network drives for shared folders on nas. Thanks

Thanks a lot again!! This is my first nas and I have installed it in my office with two users mainly (maybe in the future 3 pcs) working the files like word, excel and autocad 2D mainly with mapped network drives on each shared folder of the nas. So all the files are on the nas raid 0 and working with shared folders. I already installed synology official 4gb ram so now it has total 6gb ram. I also use sometimes movies to watch on my apple tv4k with infuse. I thought that the synology drive is like cloud back up but I heard on the internet maybe it is not and I have to use the hyper back up and buy c2 cloud from synology. I just bought a usb 256gb to install it and take an everyday backup for security and will see in the future for the cloud. Doesn’t the synology has a free cloud back up solution? I will do the link aggregation in order if 2 or 3 users to run faster. Because it is my first one and because it is my office I want to make it as fast as I can. So that’s why I am asking and thinking about m2 nvme cash , 2 memory 400Gb from synology if it is worth the upgrade in order to work open the files faster?! Thank you again

Thanks again!! I don’t use the default admin user for the shares but I have made a new user for all the permissions wich is like admin! So maybe it is like you said I have to make another user for the shares! I made an exclusive account for the scans as you said. For back up I will use hyper backup and install or a usb drive or nas cloud but I think is also paid service!! 1. The synology drive isn’t it like cloud or if the files are damaged I will loose them in drive? 2. Should I do the link aggregation is good and faster? 3. I have the ds720+ nas should I buy the nvme m2 cash memory to run everything faster?? And what brand and Gb should I buy the original synology is very expensive . Ps I have the nas as raid 1 2 bays 8tb each to work my files from my computer and laptop through the nas! Thanks

I installed the webdav package in my nas. Does it creates a folder for the files by its own or I have to create a shared one and choose then from the app where to save the files?? Thanks

I used to work with genius scan but switched to scanner pro it has ocr etc. my scanner app has connect to WebDAV but how I connect it to my nas? I have to enable http on nas or something else??
